How Local Brat Fry works as a directory — and what submitters and visitors agree to.

By using Local Brat Fry (localbratfry.com) or submitting a listing, you agree to these terms. This is a practical summary for a community site, not attorney-reviewed legal advice.
What this site is
Local Brat Fry is a community directory. We help people find brat fry fundraisers and help organizers share event details. We are not the event organizer, host, sponsor, or food vendor for listings on the site.
Your listings
- You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for having permission to list the event (organization, venue, and contact details).
- You must follow our Content guidelines.
- Public listing fields may be shown to visitors when a listing is live.
- If you upload photos or other media, you grant Local Brat Fry a non-exclusive license to store and display them in connection with the service. You must have the rights to that media.
Accounts and moderation
We may review, edit, refuse, unpublish, or remove listings, and we may limit or disable submitter accounts, when we believe it is needed to protect the community or the service. That includes existing trust rules such as pending review for newer submitters, rejection of guideline-breaking listings, and limits after repeated rejects.
No warranty
Listings are provided by submitters. We do not guarantee that event details are complete, current, or correct. Use the site and attend events at your own risk. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Local Brat Fry is not liable for damages arising from reliance on listings or from attending events you found here.
Acceptable use
- Do not abuse the site (spam submissions, scraping that harms the service, attempts to break security, or other misuse).
- Do not post illegal, harmful, or deceptive content.
- Report wrong or problematic listings with Report an issue on the event page, or email [email protected].
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version.
